Susu knew that the space would prove essential, and it was only after she had settled on this address that her concept began to fully take shape. Originally planned as a shoe store, Susu began adding clothing, jewelry, and other accessories from a mix of well-known up-and-coming labels.

As the exclusive Louisiana stockist for many of the labels she carries, SOSUSU is also the only American boutique to represent unique brands like Strathberry. Inspired by her travels—whether strolling through the timeless streets of Paris or immersing herself in the ever-evolving fashion scenes of Sydney and São Paulo—Susu became captivated by the dynamic energy of contemporary fashion.
